This policy applies to businesses and founders who reach out to AutomatedByJxden through Meta (Facebook) or Instagram — including subscription-based and software-based businesses asking how to grow their monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through our services.
What is collected
When you inquire through Meta or Instagram, the information you provide may include:
- Your name and role
- Business or company name
- Email address and phone number
- Website or product URL
- Current monthly revenue or MRR range
- Your biggest bottleneck or growth challenge
- Current tools, tech stack, or platforms
- Your 90-day goal, budget, and timeline
- Any message or project details you share
Meta and Instagram may also share limited platform data (such as your public profile name and the ad or post that brought you here) as part of their standard lead-handling process.
The promise
Your information is never sold, never rented, never shared, and never leaked. It is not used to train models, not passed to third-party brokers, and not added to any outside marketing list.
Everything you submit is stored privately and securely, and is used for one purpose only: to contact you about your inquiry and determine whether we are a fit to help your business grow.
How it is used
Your information is reviewed by Jaden directly to understand your business, assess fit, prepare a response, and follow up about your project. If we begin working together, the same details carry into your engagement. If we do not, the information is kept as a private record of the conversation and not reused for anything else.
Where it is stored
Inquiry details are stored in a private, access-controlled system used only by AutomatedByJxden. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to your request. No external partners, agencies, or data brokers receive your information.
Meta and Instagram
When you contact us through Meta or Instagram, those platforms may process your message and profile information under their own terms and policies. AutomatedByJxden does not control how Meta or Instagram collects, stores, or shares data on their side. We encourage you to review their policies as well.
Once your information reaches us, it is governed entirely by this policy — not by any advertising or platform agreement.
Retention
Your inquiry is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and keep an accurate private record. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove the details you submitted from our active records.
Your choices
