Engagements
Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, timeline, and success criteria are defined in the accepted proposal or agreement for each engagement.
Payments
Payment schedule, deposits, recurring fees, and cancellation terms are defined in the accepted proposal. Work may pause when an invoice is overdue or required client input is unavailable.
Ownership
Ownership and handoff terms are defined per engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, final custom deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to third-party software, fonts, assets, platforms, and licenses.
Changes and cancellation
Requests outside the accepted scope may require a revised estimate or separate engagement. Cancellation and refunds follow the project agreement and work completed at that point.

AutomatedByJxden is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing, or failures of third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or integrations.
