Engagements
Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in the signed proposal. Both parties are bound by that document.
Payments
50% deposit to book the slot, 50% on launch. Monthly retainers billed on the 1st. All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Ownership
Upon final payment, all deliverables (design files, source code, assets) transfer to the client. No lock-in, no ongoing licensing.
Cancellation
Projects cancelled after design round 2 receive a 50% deposit refund. After development begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
Liability
AutomatedByJxden is not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, payment processors, integrations) or content decisions made by the client.
